MICHELLE M. BLESSING

As a native Coloradoan, I not only know and love this great city of Colorado Springs, but I also love to help people find their dream home and become integrated fully into their neighborhoods and communities. In six years of working in real estate, she has established herself as one of the top agents both locally and nationally, consistently qualifying for national production awards with ERA.

She and her partner, Martha Marzolf, were the top sales team with ERA Shields in 2008 with sales of over $18 million in 2008

Prior to working as a real estate consultant, she competed as a professional triathlete, runner and cyclist.  Some of her accomplishments include: running three Ironman triathlons, cycling for Team Saturn, and winning the Empire State Building Run-Up in New York.

By 1998, she had transitioned into coaching and was selected as the inaugural USA Olympic Triathlon Coach for the men’s and women’s teams for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. She was selected as the USOC National Triathlon Coach of the Year in 2000 & 2001.

Michelle's past community involvement is extensive – from the Children’s Literacy Center to the Junior League to the Governor’s Council for Childcare.

Her current community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Care and Share, and Race Coordinator for “Racing with the Stars” to benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation.

She also volunteers her time to coach an under 5 boys soccer team in her Old North End Neighborhood and mentor a student at UCCS.

Michelle enjoys virtually all sports and loves to spend time outdoors with her husband, teenage daughters, and many friends and clients.
